Rampion Offshore Wind Limited Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement 2019
Rampion Offshore Wind Limited owns Rampion Offshore Wind Farm, a 400.2MW offshore wind farm located 13km to 23km off the Sussex coast.
Rampion Offshore Wind Limited is committed to both the statutory requirements under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and to acting with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships to have a zero-tolerance approach to Modern Slavery. This is a position which it expects all of its suppliers to respect and adopt.
Rampion Offshore Wind Limited has appointed E.ON Climate & Renewables UK Wind Limited to provide construction services to it under a Construction Management Agreement, operational services under a Management Operation and Maintenance Agreement, energy management services under an Energy Management Services Agreement and management services under a Joint Venture Management Services Agreement. Rampion Offshore Wind Limited has instructed E.ON Climate & Renewables UK Wind Limited to:
- Implement and enforce effective systems of controls to ensure that Modern Slavery is not taking place anywhere within its own business or in any of its own supply chains; and
- Ensure that where it negotiates contracts with third parties in its name and on its behalf that such contracts provide suitable provisions relating to the systems of control that such third parties are taking to ensure that Modern Slavery is not taking place within their business and supply chains.

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Rampion Offshore Wind Limited’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.
This statement was approved by the Directors of Rampion Offshore Wind Limited on 22 May 2019.
