The wind farm owner, Rampion Offshore Wind Ltd. has three shareholders.

Rampion Renewables Limited is the majority shareholder with 50.1 per cent of the shares, Canadian energy company Enbridge has 24.9 per cent and the Green Investment Group hold 25 per cent. E.ON developed the project through to consent and managed the construction on behalf of all three owners.

Green Investment Group

UK Green Investment Rampion Limited owns 25% of the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm. This shareholder is ultimately owned by a consortium of the Universities Superannuation Scheme (“USS”), Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 5 (“MEIF5”) and Macquarie Capital. Management of the consortium is provided by the Green Investment Group and Macquarie Infra and Real Assets (“MIRA").
