The wind farm owner, Rampion Offshore Wind Ltd. has three shareholders.

E.ON is the majority shareholder with 50.1 per cent of the shares, Canadian energy company Enbridge has 24.9 per cent and a consortium of USS, Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 5 and Macquarie Capital together hold 25 per cent. E.ON developed the project through to consent and manages the construction on behalf of all three owners.

UK Green Investment Rampion Limited owns 25% of the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm. This shareholder is ultimately owned by a consortium of the Universities Superannuation Scheme (“USS”), Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 5 (“MEIF5”) and Macquarie Capital. Management of the consortium is provided by the Green Investment Group and Macquarie Infra and Real Assets (“MIRA").
