Rampion takes part in mock interviews with local schools
Rampion were pleased to support local schools running mock interview sessions for year 11 students this year.
Many of our management team attended sessions at Seahaven Academy (in Newhaven), Peacehaven Community School and Seaford Head.
We recognise the importance of students experiencing an interview and having the chance to learn from the mock interview process.
The sessions are run like formal interviews, giving students the best insight into what to expect in a real-life college or job interview. Our team met with several students throughout the day, giving individual feedback and tips at the end of their interview.
One of our team said ‘it’s so rewarding talking to the students, many of whom are really inspirational. We have all been on the other side of the table, being interviewed, we understand how nerve-racking it can be, but also how important it is to interview well to get that dream job or college placement.’
