Business Support Coordinator, Newhaven

We are looking for an experienced Business Support Coordinator to join our operations team at Newhaven.

Contract type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: £30,224 – £35,717

Closing date: 19th April 2020

Key skill requirements:

  • Excellent organisational & communication skills
  • Commercial awareness including business planning, budget and cost control
  • Awareness of and experience working with, corporate financial processes and controls, back office functions including purchase requisitioning, orders, good receipt and account payment processes
  • Experience in use of SAP finance and procurement modules
  • Good all-round level of IT proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good level of Health and Safety experience
  • Facilities/ office management experience
  • Able to self manage within scope of decision making.
  • Contract Management knowledge, skills and experience
